It felt good to hit a couple of yard sales Saturday. Neither one was real big and they didn't have a lot of the type of items I was looking for, but I did find a few things.
These little plates were just $1.00 for the set of three.
The same sale had this little oval plate for just .25 cents so I snatched it up as well.
At another sale, the only thing I got was this adorable little tin for .25 cents.
I put it on my office shelf with my other pink and blue items.
Saturday night, I made hubby some Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies and served a few on my new little oval plate while we watched TV. He has been really sick this past week and even missed work on Friday so I thought I'd make him a little pick-me-up.
I bought a new pair of Dearfoams slippers to wear around the house. They are so comfy.
All in all, it was a great day.
