I missed posting yesterday so I thought I should give you an update today. I have either a pulled muscle or a pinched nerve in the small of my back. It was a little better yesterday, but this morning I can barely walk.
Going to try some more pain killer and a hot shower and see if I can make it to work today.

Oh my, I'm so sorry you are in pain. Back pain is so debilitating and frustrating! Hope the hot water and pain meds helped. Take care!!
