Sunday's song

I don't care how old you are or how you have lived your life up to this point, but you will always be able to remember that moment you were baptized. This is one of my favorite songs ever. He talks about being baptized in the river and I was. It was called Mud River and for a very good reason. Horrible muddy clay. Dirty water. When my son, his wife, my grandson and my granddaughter were all also baptized in an old river it brought back some wonderful memories. Hope you enjoy this song as much as I do.

I was also baptized in a muddy river, the James River in Richmond, Virginia. I still glow in the dark, but it was a wonderful experience! ;-)

I was baptized as a baby in the Presbyterian church, but I have witnessed several baptisms in a river that was also muddy looking. Very meaningful and so much like baptisms described in the Bible.
