It is Wednesday. That wonderful day of the week that can bring on the "blahs" or can cause you to start looking forward to the weekend. My week has been a week of wild and crazy things. Business exploded for me on Monday and I put in a 11 hour day at the computer and on the phones before I came up for air. Tuesday consisted of putting the finalizing touches on a couple of projects, working a registration table for a couple of hours, running to the store, bank and post office. Then I spent an enjoyable evening with hubby for his birthday. Now it's Wednesday. What will my day bring today? I've been up 30 minutes and already made a quick sweep through the house doing any picking up or straightening that needed done. I've got a ton of emails to get through today and several client appointments. It's a good thing I love a fast pace.
On the brighter side, by Wednesday afternoon, I start looking forward to church. A time of peace and comfort. Once evening arrives, that means we just have two more days until the weekend. Which is a curse and a blessing. We get to start feeling that excitement of time off. We start planning what we will do, giving us something to look forward to. We think, "Just two more days until the weekend." Which is immediately followed by the thought "Oh no! Only two more days until the weekend. I have to get this done and that done; etc."
But I know that God will bring me through the week, just as He brings through everything else. I trust that each of you are having a great week and looking forward to an even greater weekend.
I want to leave you with a little chuckle to get you through the day today. My cousin posted this on Facebook and it gave me a good laugh...
