I have friends who have lost family. Friends who have served and lost their friends while they were both serving in wore torn countries. I never like saying Happy Memorial Day because the reason for the day is an emotional thank you to all those who have given their life for me, for you, for all of us. So I just wanted my post to remember all those who have served.
