Weekend Wrapup

I stopped by Dollar Tree to pick up some flowers. I was thrilled to find a deviled egg taker for $1.00. I have a big 24 egg one and I hate putting my eggs in just a regular storage container. Since I make about 6 - 12 when I make them, this was perfect.

I am going to go outside my comfort zone and do a wreath on one of the wire frames. I'm sure I will be going to Pinterest to figure out what I want to do. But since it was available at the Dollar Tree I snatched one up.

Isn't this a beautiful glass? I loved the cut crystal look. But I didn't buy it to drink out of. I bought it for a floral arrangement. We will see how it turns out.

Going with some purples and blues since everything I have done lately is pinks and yellows.

But then I saw these frosted buds with dusty miller. This was too cute to pass up. If I'm going to start making arrangements to sell, I need variety.

I also picked up some ribbon while I was there. This could come in handy since I am going to try making some cute vases from various jars.

I don't know where all my clothes pins go. But it seems like when I need one I can't ever find a spare. Anyway, got me a new package so I can decorate them to be used for chip clips.

Well that was it. Other than that little bit of retail therapy, I worked all weekend and was so tired last night I thought I might sleep in today. Which of course never happens and of course I ended up waking up about 6:30 a.m. Such is life. Have a great Monday.
