Top 10 Tuesday

In typical female fashion, I love stuff. It's no secret. I also go through phases of what I love. So today for my top 10 Tuesday, I'll share what I'm loving at the moment. (Which is subject to change without notice.)

1. Rag Wreaths. Mom brought me down some awesome assorted fabric with fall patterns. I'm working on a wreath and will show it to you when I'm done....if it turns out. :)

 2. Swan Salt Cellars (can't find the one I'm wanting, but I'm still looking.)

3.  Donna Sharp's Sea Breeze Pattern (this will be my new fall purse)

4.  These flips flops from Totes. They look so comfy and support a great cause. The cost is only $4.99 so I'm going to have to have some.

5. Fabric change purses. Cotton Threads on Etsy has some of the cutest ones I've ever seen.

6. Vintage pitchers

 7. Lighthouses

8. Samsung Galaxy Tablet. This will be next major purchase. Thanks to US Cellular and their Belief point system, it shouldn't be long until I score enough points to get one for free.

9. White Star fish. I am working on a wall scape in my beach room to incorporate some of these. 

10. Light Blue. I have never been a fan of blue, but for some reason, I'm falling in love with these blue vases as well as anything light blue and white. 



Cock-a-doodle-do...

I had a lovely weekend and woke up this morning feeling exhausted. I have a lot I want to accomplish today and had planned on getting up an hour earlier, but I didn't set my alarm. I'm feeling a little sluggish. I wish I could be like a rooster that jumps right up at the crack of dawn and finds something to crow about. I normally am such a morning person. Today, not so much. My mom, sister and niece visited this weekend and I had such a great time. More about my weekend later. But today, since I feel like I need a rooster to crow to get me started, I think I'll just share some pictures of the roosters from the kitchens of my Mom and my sister. The Farmer's Market

Hubby and I had an awesome day together this past Saturday. We went to the Farmer's Market in Knoxville. Got some Chinese Cucumbers and tomatoes at really good prices.

Next stop was JoAnn's and AC Moore for some great bargain's on craft supplies. JoAnn's had their material square for 50% off and their wreaths were 99 cents. Not a bad deal.

We had dinner at Longhorn's Steakhouse. He had a steak and loaded baked potato and I, of course, had chicken and fries. But we share one of my favorite foods, a Texas Tonion.

We spent the rest of the evening relaxing out back. Hubby built a fire in the fire pit and we sat outside and watched the sunset. It was a wonderful day.
