I am on brain overload today. Too many irons in the fire. Too many things to be done. And yet, with my huge list of "to do" items, here I sit on the computer. But blogging is officially on my list of things to do today, so I guess I am okay.
I am getting excited about Saturday. A whole day to browse through antique and craft booths. I have several things I am wanting to look for.
Obviously, Pyrex is on the list. But these are a few of the pieces I would love to find. Not necessarily these particular items, but at least something in these patterns.
The Pyrex wheat. I especially want some mixing bowls in this pattern. Especially the small or medium size.
The Colonial Mist pattern. Anything in this pattern would be great.
Something in the Flamingo Pink. Or any pattern in a bowl of this style.
Something in the Pink Gooseberry. I have a little Cinderella bowl in this pattern where white is the bowl and pink is the design. Now I want a piece where that is reversed.
I would love to find a fridgie. Any pattern, any size, with or without a lid. I just want a fridgie.
Something with the butterprint pattern would be nice to find. I would also love to find a butter dish in any pattern.
But the one thing I would love to find above all others is not even Pyrex. It is my Hamilton Beach White Mixing Bowl that I keep looking for.
If I don't find the white mixing bowl on Saturday at a good price, I am going to bite the bullet and go back to Heartland Antiques and buy the one they have. It is a little more than I want to pay, but baking time is coming up and I want this bowl for my Thanksgiving and Christmas baking.
Other items I would like to look for is the little Federal Glass Pitcher.
And these Hazel Atlas Mugs.
That is my wish list for this weekend.

Love it all! Guess what? I have the little Federal pitcher! Yep, bought it at a yard sale for 25 cents! Isn't the cutest ever? Hugs and blessings, Cindy
Cindy, I love that little pitcher. Mom had one when we were growing up and she kept Daddy's buttermilk in it. (yuck) Then in later years she would always keep the little pitcher full of ice tea. She doesn't remember whatever happened to it, but I would love to have one like it.
I love all of that pyrex!!! I never had enough. My mom had a little pitcher like that too. : )
I bought the little federal pitcher off of ebay last year. I love it. I really like your new page background. So cute. Good Luck with your pyrex hunting!
